Dream Come True

Like a lot of people (I guess), I had been dreaming to see aurora for a long time. This was like a dream come true moment for me. I was so mesmerized watching this green light dancing. My world felt like it stopped for a moment. I felt really grateful witnessing this natural phenomenon. The time I took this photo was around 2 AM in the morning. The temp was -31 F. I was wearing layers until I looked like a Michelin Man. After spending more than four hours in brutal cold weather, I went back to the lodge with a broad smile on my face. I was happy and content. I really wanted to take my photo in front of this jagged mountain. But my michelin man aura would have ruined this image. Some scenes are better kept natural. P.S. It is an original shot not a composite. This shot has been taken at the same time at the same place.
